Be part of the premier conference on pain in infants, children, and adolescents at the International Symposium on Paediatric Pain
The International Association for the Study of Pain (IASP) is pleased to announce the 2023 International Symposium on Paediatric Pain (ISPP 2023) will be held 1-4 October 2023 in Halifax, Canada. This year’s conference will be co-hosted by the Center for Pediatric Pain Research (CPPR) and Solutions for Kids in Pain (SKIP), in partnership with the Special Interest Group for Pediatric Pain. This year’s theme is BETTER TOGETHER: INNOVATION THROUGH PARTNERSHIPS.
ISPP 2023 is the premier international, interdisciplinary conference on pain in infants, children, and adolescents. It attracts a global audience of pediatricians, anesthetists, clinicians, researchers, nurses, psychologists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, as well as professionals and scholars from other disciplines, who gather to report on recent advances in research and to discuss new approaches to the treatment of acute & procedural pain including pain associated with disease, neuropathic pain, and chronic pain present in pediatric medicine.
As the leading conference on pediatric pain, IASP’s SIG is building an exciting scientific program and expects lots of submitted primary science to be presented in October! Attendees will learn from innovative leaders in paediatric pain science, clinical care, and those with lived experiences, through keynote plenary lectures, concurrent sessions, and workshops.
