Miles for Millions is a global collective movement, launched by the International Children’s Palliative Care Network (ICPCN), inviting you to move, walk, run, or track your steps wherever you are in the world in support of children and families with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions. With this app, you can create your own personal challenges, invite family and friends to sponsor or donate, and track progress in real time.
21 million children around the world need palliative care, yet fewer than 10% have access. By joining, you will help raise awareness and vital funds to improve care and support for these children and their families.
The Challenge & Impact
Children’s palliative care is massively under-resourced. By participating in Miles for Millions, you will help fund ICPCN’s education and training programs, build knowledge and skills, and strengthen local services. Every step contributes to ensuring more children and families receive the care, comfort, and dignity they desperately need.
How it works:
- Create your own challenge (e.g. Walk or run 100 miles a month) and share a unique link with friends and family.
- Invite them to sponsor or donate toward your goal.
- The challenge link or portal shows your current progress in real time – everyone can see how many miles you’ve covered and how close you are to your goal.
- Track your walking or running activity inside the app, and watch it contribute toward real-world impact.

ICPCN membership is open to any individual or organisation working in the field of children’s palliative care, regardless of where you are based or what your profession is, if you are committed to ICPCN’s vision and mission.
Membership is free, and when joining as an organisation you will be featured in ICPCN’s online international directory and map of services. This directory is an invaluable online resource to aid communication and networking globally.
Members receive regular newsletters and are invited to submit your events, news and resources to share with other members and online visitors.
