ThembaCare Grabouw Hospice Palliative Care Centre, is a six bed IPU, with HBC division. It is the only overnight facility in Grabouw, the closest Hospital is 25 kms away in Somerset West. The facility opened to accommodate patients of all ages, focusing on HIV and TB but it is also available to anyone with a terminal illness.
