Brief description of organisation

Rays of Hope Hospice Jinja (RHHJ) is a non-governmental organization founded in August 2005 to provide palliative care to patients with life-threatening/life-limiting illnesses, mainly cancer and HIV/AIDS. We treat and care for more than 430 patients in nine districts of Busoga Region across an area of 10,000 km2 and a population of 3.5 million people. RHHJ exists to provide holistic care to patients and their families. Our goal is to make the patients as comfortable as possible, adding life to their days.
