Provision of community-based specialist services and 24/7 care packages for children and young people who have complex needs and those who have suffered personal injury and/or clinical negligence.Community Outreach Consultancy provide children's care management services to include managing disabilities from cerebral palsy, brain and spinal injury to other complex conditions where the child may be ventilator dependent. Services range from basic needs assessments to recruiting, training and supporting care staff to deliver high quality care at home.
