We are restructuring a service delivery pediatric palliative care organization in Maine into an international community foundation. Our mission is  to improve the lives of the most seriously medically fragile and dying children through local, national and global partnerships.We do this by bringing donors who value children together with pediatric palliative care groups who wish to build sustainable community based programs.
