We serve children with acute pain, chronic pain and pallaitive care needs in the hospital and in the community through inpatient rounding, home visits and clinic appointments. Our team includes physicians, nurses, social workers, childlife workers , chaplains  and volunteers.  We  also provide education, consultation and  mentoring for agencies and  hospitals who want to provide pediatric pallaitive care. We are based in a hospital system but have a large pallaitive care home based population and community outreach.
