Ambulant Childrenhospice-Service „Familienhafen“ offers to accompany children with incurable illnesses and shortened life expectatancies as well as their families. The volunteers of the „Familienhafen“ Hamburg would like to accompany the families in their new life situation.Parents and siblings shall experience relief in their daily lives according to their individual needs.
