Hosted by the Palliative Care Service within the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network, this two-day educational event brings together health professionals dedicated to supporting children receiving palliative care and their families.

The 2026 program features a diverse range of presentations selected through our abstract review process, showcasing current research, shared knowledge, lived experience, and evolving best practice from clinicians across local, interstate and international settings.
