Tumaini Miles of Smiles Centre is a charitable institution working with the needy children in the community and creating awareness in the community on children and young people who needs palliative care. We provide education, shelter and other basic necessities for the children.

TMSC supports the families and encourage affected families to come out and give these children a chance to be helped.
