Established in 2013, the Kazakhstan Association for Palliative Care (KAPC) is a non-profit, non-government organisation dedicated to the overall development of quality palliative care, its integration in healthcare and social security system with wide involvement of non-government organisations and public. KAPC is promoting education and research, introduction of best practices and humanistic philosophy of palliative care at all levels of the society.
