The Southampton Supportive Care Team provides a service to children who have life-limiting / life-threatening illnesses or a complex health need and their families.

Help that can be offered includes:- Psychotherapy and bereavement support, Social work and welfare support, Advocacy and help to enable child and family to access services, symptom management and nursing care.
