The Shooting Star CHASE Children's Hospice provides care, support and advice for children and young people with life-limiting conditions and their families, free of charge, 365 days a year. Our Care services include Short Breaks, Outreach Care, Day Care, Family Support and Therapies and End of Life Care; in the community, in families own homes and at Shooting Star House.
