Our center was established in April of 1999 as a charitable, non-profit, non-governmental organization. The main goals of the center are to provide medical, psychological and social support and protection to at-risk children and children with special needs and their families, to increase medical and social-psychological competence of doctors and other specialists working with children. Our center works in three directions: qualified medical assistance, specialized assistance via a network of profile clinics, hospitals, medical centers and educational work.
