Jacob's Heart exists to improve the quality of life for children with cancers and support their families in the challenges they face. Our family-centered care model includes emotional, psychosocial, practical and financial support to families whose children have cancer or are bereaved by the loss of a child to cancer living in Santa Cruz, Monterey, Santa Clara and San Benito Counties in California.
