Established in March 2007 in response to the escalating AIDS pandemic, HospiceWits Diepkloof provides geographically accessible and specialized care to HIV/AIDS affected and infected patients, their families, and children within the community. Today, the facility extends its services to offer home-based care for individuals facing a variety of life-threatening and life-limiting conditions.
