Help Senior Citizen (HSC) was launched as a community based organization in 2007 in Mongu with Register of Societies in Zambia ORS/102/35/2220, western provice.It was founded as an initiative of Youth and Old people living with HIV/AIDS, but open to persons interested in addressing the legal, ethical, Income generation activities and human rights issues of HIV/AIDS.
