Improving Community Resilience to the effect of climate change. Improve and Empowers Community’s Access to Portable drinking water and Smoke Free Environment and lastly provide capacity building to all Health Professionals Mostly at the Community’s level. The organization was founded in the 2013 and was Formally Registered on 3rd August 2017 with registration number- CAC/IT/NO 99268 and also cleared as tax free NGO by FIRS with TIN no-20539513-0001. The NGOs Main Head Offices is at dambuwa Area with PHC NO13 Dange-Shuni LGA of Sokoto state Nigeria. Since the formation it’s has taken up Projects and activities in different field, and enable thousands of people Poor downtrodden and less privilege families within the communities with Better Health care through Community Mobilization services on effective expanded Programme on Immunization targeting children of 0- 11 month women of child bearing age to Attend regular ANC services to Attain better health care services, Nutrition, education, lively-hood improvement, women empowerment through skill acquisition trainings. Since the Beneficiaries are actually lager and are spread over vast geographical area and the organization is committed to serve the less privilege in rural and hard to reach Communities, it has earned name and fame and good will among the beneficiaries. It also maintains better coordination and rapport with Government Functionaries Local national and international organizations CSOs, CBOs youth and Women lead organizations at different levels.
