Claire House is a member of Together for Short Lives. It is a 10 bedded unit offering respite, symptom management and end of life care for children and young adults from 0-23yrs. Admission critertia follows ACT's 4 category definitions for those with life limiting life threatening conditions. Our catchment area covers Merseyside, Wirral, Cheshire , North Wales and the Isle of Man. The Hospice to Home service offers 24/7 on call service for end of life care.
