Brief description of organisation
A free national helpline service that offers support for anyone affected by a death of a child at any age, under any circumstance and how ever long ago. This could be parents, grandparents, or extended family and health professionals, teachers etc. The helpline is confidential and open every day of the week, all year around, mornings and evenings.
The Helpline is staffed by volunteers who are all bereaved parents themselves. It provides an opportunity to talk in confidence to someone who has also experienced the death of a child. They can also signpost to local services.
